Use this option to book one of our engineers for remote telephone support. This option can be used by anyone who is not subscribed to one of our monthly support packages (where remote telephone support is included for free).
The cost of remote telephone support is £150 per hour and you will be billed for the first 30 minutes, with further time billed in 15 minute increments.
Use this option to book one of our engineers for an onsite support visit. The cost of onsite support is £150 per hour and will be billed for the first hour, with further time billed in 30 minute increments. Other expenses such as parking, congestion charge and tolls will be charged at cost. A one-off call-out charge of £75 applies to on-site support.
